Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
An 18% Service Charge is assessed to cover delivery, paper goods and administrative costs (minimum of $45.00). 
Any menu can  be upgraded to china or seated service and will require additional staff and rental charges.
